Convenient location

Love the location, amenities, the staff. Everything is great. Decent size room for tokyo standard.

Full equipped apartment. Plenty of room for our family of 4 including 2 teens 15 and 17. Easy walking distance to 3 metro stations which covered ever major attraction. Grocery and convenience stores nearby and many great restaurants including the stock standard western Pizza hit, Dominos and Mc Donald’s if needed. Very clean and tidy . Everything you need for a 8 night break cooking breakfast in the morning and relaxing at the end of a long day . Bathroom was fully equipped with shampoo and conditioner and a bath which was great to dusk your feet after all the walking. We would definately stay again. Best location.

The man at the front desk far exceeded our expectations and made our stay truly above and beyond. He was extremely kind and went out of his way to offer us exceptional services. Thank you much for your generosity and hospitality!

A lovely modern flat, very well sized and equipped with all the essential amenities. Having your own living and kitchen space during a Tokyo stay is truly a gift, and this apartment makes it especially comfortable. The location is extremely convenient for exploring the Asakusa area, making it an ideal base. I would easily recommend this over a regular hotel stay.

Easy especially if you are jetlagged

We booked the panoramic king room with lounge access. It was a pleasant stay with the room newly renovated. The staff were kind but sometimes communication can be difficult but it was generally okay. The hotel is close to oedo and mita metro lines. The view of the tokyo tower from the Lounge is amazing! Its definitely more worthwhile to book a room with lounge access than one without. The heating in the room quite warm so we opened the balcony window throughout the night. The water pressure is great and amenities are quite good (subject to charges if you wish to use the pool and hot spring).

Everything was amazing about this hotel. The staff are very friendly and respectful. They speak enough English to help out. The rooms are a good size for Japanese standards three adults in our party fit comfortably. The bathrooms are amazing! Highly recommend this stay.

The beds were comfortable and gave good support for a good night's sleep. The hotel was close to a metro station and was convenient for going to places.
