Getting into the hotel was a little confusing because they have 2 buidings on the same street and across from eachother. Luckily, a guy who was entering into the building that I was trying to get into told me to go across the street. There was another couple who was also confused so it all worked out. Checking in was stressful because I was on the plane when it was communicated to me that the property does not accept AMEX. Luckily my partner jumped in to save the day. I had been calling the hotel all week but they did not answer their phone. Another nuisance was that I was not provided with my breakfast vouchers upon check in. I checked in at around 10pm so I was told I had to wake up at 7:30 am to get my vouchers. The room was ok...it was not stocked so all we had was a fridge & we did not have a phone so I had to roam to make local calls. Other than that it was a lovely stay. There were many food options and the beach was relatively close by. You could walk or jump on free tram to get there. The hotel had a nice roof top pool with loungers which was nice. We had a balcony facing the main street & the hotel had a daily free happy hour where we could get a free drink. I would definitely return again. Overall Id rate my experience an 8/10.

I had a truly excellent stay and felt comfortable from the very first moment. The apartment was extremely clean, brand new, modern, and very well equipped — everything I needed was there. The high-quality cotton bedding ensured great sleep, and the overall standard exceeded expectations. The amenities are fantastic. The rooftop is amazing, with beautiful views, and the hot tub is especially enjoyable on cooler days. Everything is clearly very well maintained and carefully looked after. There are also dedicated areas for breakfast and quiet, separated workspaces, which makes it easy to relax or work peacefully away from the common areas. The staff were professional, friendly, and very responsive. All my questions were answered quickly, and anything I needed was taken care of immediately. Even though there is construction nearby, it did not affect the calm and restful atmosphere at all. The location is one of the biggest advantages. Bayfront Park, Bayside Marketplace, and the Miami Worldcenter area are all just a few minutes’ walk away, offering restaurants, nightlife, waterfront walks, and attractions — perfect for enjoying the city both day and night without needing a car. Wynwood, the Design District, and Brickell are about 10 minutes away, and Miami Beach is easy to reach by Uber or public transportation, including free local options. The Brightline station is also very close.

Good location for Brickell. Nice big rooms, clean and modern. We had great view over harbour. You can hear the lifts going up and down but not that loud. Would stay again.
