Loved the pools saunas ice room locker room having lounge clothes

Had an amazing stay at this place. We hired a car, so everything was in close proximity when driving, beach, snorkeling, supermarket.

設備の新しさ、広さ等申し分ありませんでした。特にハンモックは快適でした。 また、パンやジュースを用意して頂いただけでなく、スタッフの方が紅芋タルトを直接渡しに来て頂き感激しました。 タオル、バスタオルを全部で各20枚リクエストし対応して頂き洗濯せずに済みました。 強いて言えば、スリッパが無かったのが、残念でした。 また、利用させて頂きます。

When we book online you can’t book with breakfast if u want to stay for more than 3 nights. I called the front desk and was advised I can book the room and pay for the breakfast separately. Confirmed twice the kids breakfast is half price of adults. Upon checkin I was told we can’t have breakfast the next morning as we didn’t reserve. We booked for the following morning and again confirmed face to face kids is half price. Then on the breakfast morning they show us the fine print kids is 4-6 years old, so above that is considered adult price. Very badly designed booking system, poor staff communication.

Stunning resort with all amenities, facilities & awesome breakfast. Several swimming pools to use & cheap valet parking available. Shuttle to beach. Great in room amenities & large room. Balcony with sea view.

This is our second time staying here for our 3rd wedding anniversary. We came here for our honeymoon. The resort is very well maintained. Every staff member was excellent. I’ve stayed in many nice hotels and resorts and this one is a notch above the rest. The staff are so kind and professional. We’ll be coming back again for many years to come everytime we visit Okinawa. We chose the premier room and the perks are such an added bonus. 10/10 stars!
