Hotel is in a good location for overnight before or after a flight. However, signage from Skytrain station is poor and the escalator into the hotel is still out of order.
Room itself is clean but tired and minor maintenance seems to be neglected- tv, bedside lamps not working. There is a lot of noise from the skytrain.

The staff were wonderful. Room was spacious and clean. Pool area was very nice. Karma Lounge was fun, food, delicious. Even received a complimentary bottle of wine.

Great rooms, great service, great restaurant. Our room was so fabulous, very clean and beautifully decorated. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and the shower and tub were perfect after a long day. Front desk crew (both evening and morning) were super kind and helpful.

Amazing hotel, very unique and beautiful. Really convenient location, close to all core downtown shopping, restaurants of all kinds, some grocery and drug stores, and transportation. The staff were all very friendly and kind. The spa in the hotel and its staff were the best I’ve seen, very detail oriented and genuinely were there to see every person had a great experience. Only thing was the room was not as clean as it could have been. The bathtub and shower did not appear to be throughly wiped out.

The room was absolutely beautiful and had everything that we could ever want. We were celebrating my husband’s birthday and the hotel made it very special with cake in our room and at the Reflections Lounge where we had a lovely cocktail before and then much later after dinner. Such a perfect evening
