Nice property in the western suburbs of Sydney. Located close to a shopping center with dining options. My only issue was when I told the front desk staff that the gym water cooler wasn't working, and asked if they could do something about it, the gentleman simply said no and went into detail on how he could not help me. Thankfully a more experienced staff member intervened and offered me a bottle of water to help me through my workout. The only other thing is they charge $14 for parking in a suburban location, which I didn't think was reasonable.

The hotel is extremely tired. One of the elevators was down so it was a big delay getting up to the rooms and back down. Its clear the rooms have recently been renovated but they still feel cheap... and most importantly, the bed was super uncomfortable, like sleeping on plywood. I wouldn't recommend and won't be back.

Sadly my stay was riddled with problems hence the rating. The blind broke the first time I used it, the clock alarm was preset without me knowing so woke me at 1am, the bed was sagging (so deeply uncomfortable). There were so many strands of long black hair left on the floor of the bathroom (I'm blonde), and I was placed next to a family with toddlers who's bedtime routine was to leave them to scream for 2 hrs each night from 10pm to 12am whilst they went to the bar for drinks. Other points for future travellers; they charge for water (no daily free bottles like other hotels). There are no Robes in the rooms. Pros: Location is a 2 mins walk to Museum Train station. The Sydney Cidery (Bar) has excellent pizza The room has a Desk and Sofa

Amazing experience from check in staff to checking out. Got upgraded to a family suite, even though it it was only myself and for one night…which was amazing to have the space. Very friendly staff and very clean room. Hop, skip and a jump to Paddy’s Markets in Haymarket and the Tram service. Definitely will be back
