⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Fantastic stay! The room was spotless and beautifully maintained, the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, and the amenities were excellent. Everything was seamless and comfortable from start to finish. Highly recommend and would happily stay again.

Everything was good. Except one of the staff decided to just walk into the room. Other than that it was a good experience.

It was a very nice stay. The manager was kind to send a cake in the room, as it happened to be my birthday as well. Excellent location. Right next to Marina walk. Great deals for shisha till 3 AM. Overall, a pleasant stay.

This is a beautiful hotel very well located, just across the lake and within walking distance from the Burj Khalifa and the Dubai mall. We appreciated being able to see the water show in the lake every half hour right from our own private balcony. Check-in and check-out were easy and fast. We were given a complimentary shuttle to the airport, which was greatly appreciated. The only issue we had was the temperature in the room. It was noticeably cold, and the climate control system only cools the room down, it doesn't warm it up. Upon waking up in the morning, I called reception about the temperature, and they kindly sent a plug in radiator to the room, which warmed it up. I wish that I had asked for the radiator to be delivered immediately after checking in. Overall, this is a wonderful hotel in a great location and I recommend it to visitors in Dubai.

Very clean and pleasant hotel, good beach

Lovely hotel. Clean and tidy. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room was big and cleaned regularly. Bed was massive and comfy. Balcony is on small side and the sea view is full of construction sites, which when built there will be no sea view. Hotel is on the palm but if you want to get off the palm it has to be via a vehicle, which meant taxi each time wanted to go site seeing or to look about Dubai (they do offer shuttle bus service, but this gets full quick) The pool and sunbed area is spacious and the beach well located at the back of the hotel where they offer beach towels each day.
