being a VIP had voucher for a meal at the western restaurant. staff so nice, picked our luggages to the room. a list of things for borrow, save space for luggage. large room with spaces for opening two luggages. got a chance playing the lucky capsule toy machine when checked in, so lucky for having an hour late check out. want to stay more nights if there's any discount. good service, good vibe, convenient spot

-酒店的整體環境尚算舒適， -前台職員熱情有禮， -酒店徒步至 JR上野 車站 需時約 10 分鐘， -徒步至阿美橫町則需約 15 分鐘，距離尚可接受。 -另本次入住最令人關注的嚴重問題： 房務員完成房間清潔後，客房大門並未完全關上。 本人返回房間時發現門呈鬆開狀態，任何人均可自由進出，幸好經檢查後個人財物並無損失，希望貴酒店能正視上述問題，謝謝

Great for big group of family. The room is very spacious and close to all the shops, restaurant and attractions. Especially like its room setting is like a typical Japanese apartment which gave us another experience. There are also family games to borrow at the lobby and all the cooking utensils. Each room has its own washing and drying machine really helps our trip.
