Outstanding stay
Excellent hospitality and service. Their restaurant is definitely the best in the area of lake Maggiore, Lugano and Como. Outstanding gourmet food coupled with exceptional service.

We stayed in a junior suite. The whole layout of this suite is strange, just like an old residential bedroom adding with a toilet and living room but doesn’t match the overall style / design at all. The water supply of the basin tub is totally out of control (bathtub was ok) either crazy hot or freezing ...
