My 20th+ time stay—outstanding personal service that keeps me coming back! I have stayed at the Hanoi Daewoo Hotel more than twenty times now, and each visit only gets better. For last many trips, I stayed in a Club Room, and once again, the experience was absolutely flawless. What truly sets this hotel apart is its incredible team. The staff members are exceptionally friendly, warm, and deeply caring. The service here is highly personal—I love that the staff acknowledges me by name, which makes every interaction feel incredibly special and memorable. Even the small details are handled with immense care. For instance, whenever I walk through the lobby, the staff always makes sure to personally call and open the lift for me. That same exceptional hospitality extends upstairs to the Club Lounge. The lounge team took such wonderful care of me, anticipating my needs with genuine warmth and helpfulness. If you want top-tier service, fantastic amenities, and a team that genuinely cares about your experience, I cannot recommend the Daewoo enough.

Didnt have a good sleep in the first night due to the pillow... However, the overall stay is good.

The room was kept immaculate and the sheets were super comfortable. The staff went out of their way to help with any request. The breakfast buffet was delicious. The rooms were massive and very comfortable and practicable.

I think its a good area to stay.. near malls and eating places.. very comfortable and safe space
