THE FAMILY AND I BOOKED A ROOM THAT WAS SUPPOSE TO HAVE 2 QUEEN BEDS AND A SOFA BED. ONCE I GOT CHARGE WE FOUND OUT THE ROOM ONLY HAD 2 QUEEN BEDS BUT NO SOFA BED. WE ARE A FAMILY OF SIX AND THAT'S WHY I NEEDED THE SOFA BED AS WELL.

The room was nice. The wifi didn't work so the TV was out too. The phone system for the Hotel didn't work. There is no pool anymore.
