"We found out at check in that the hot tub was broken then went to our room to find a broken bed. We were given another room however the mattress in this one was also broken. My complaint is the front desk workers. They acted like this was not a big deal, no apologies given. We had a total of 3 rooms ..."

"The house was great for our large group. We had plenty of room and bathrooms. The private pool was key for the children. The host was quick to answer any questions we had and was super helpful. We will definitely stay again."
