Respond quickly and surprise customers when I complain with my room smell. Thank you Jetpark hotel gave me a cozy night in my last staying in Auckland. Surly I will visit again.

The hotel located in manukau city, that place is close to auckland airport, so take taxi only 10mins can arrive. But close to airport problem is very noise, even I have close all doors and windows , the areiplane noise still very serious. Hotel is quite new and all facilities are well. But problem is too small for 3 ppl live in a one bedroom type, from the pic they show that queen bed for 3. And I have make extra request to ensure i need a queen bed for 3. Unfortunately, they only provide standard double bed for us and a very old and a bit dirty sofa bed for us. Since we have requested to chance but they are fulllly booked. So my friend just can sleep on floor. Next to the hotel have a big shopping centre , what you need you can buy form there. For the location I will recommend these hotel but for the service and room status I will prepare to have another choice.
