Comfortable bed, good location - easy walkable to the main station for Shinkansen! Only thing to note was the air con was loud at times

Beautiful classy hotel with excellent amenities. Staff was friendly and very eager to help us enjoy Hiroshima and Japan. Despite being out of town it was right at the boat dock to adventure and easy bus access

Good property small and outdated rooms though

The room was small, but not impossibly small. Very clean. Comfortable. Staff very great.

Outdated hotel lobby and room furniture

I very much enjoyed the breakfast. It's great for the price. The hotel room is around average.

The entry is extremely hard to find- look for a narrow doorway in the middle of the block, not where the map places you. Signage is poor. Take the elevator to the 5th floor. Reception is unmanned but there is a phone if you have problems with their automatic sign-in (we did). Once we were in the room it was fine for the night.

The staff couldn’t communicate in English, we asked them many times the same thing and always a different answer. Our room still had some things from the previous guests. Location was good.
