Very clean, friendly staff, great breakfast. Restaurants are quite pricey as well as things like laundry and other amenities at the hotel.

Very clean and felt new. Helpful staff. Excellent breakfast. We were traveling with our teenager and booked the “standard twin” which was a little tight so I’d recommend going with the next room up. (It would probably be ok for a small child). Loved the spa though it would be nice if they provided an extra towel. Super comfy pjs though!

Beautiful ryokan and great place for an onsen retreat! Staff were incredibly helpful & accommodating, and Japanese breakfast was amazing! Would recommend highly; would love to return for another visit!

The location of this hotel was great for being able to walk to the Peace Park, the Atomic Bomb Museum, and Hondori the shopping area. We didn't figure out pubic transportation in this area, but were able to get Uber to take us places that weren't walkable. This hotel was immaculately clean and very comfortable. The staff was remarkably kind and helpful. The vibe of the hotel is upscale and chill. We had two rooms booked since we were a family of 5 and one of our rooms was a smoking room. We didn't realize the booking was made this way. The hotel attempted to lessen the smell in that room but it was pretty off putting for people who don't smoke. The non-smoking room had no smell. I would recommend this hotel to travelers visiting this area.

A clean and good size room We were offered at 26 floors so we can oversee the neighborhood including the Hiroshima Castle and mountains. The scene is pretty. Its location is wonderful so it’s easy to go to most attractions including A bomb Dome, the Castle , memorial museum, Sogo department store, restaurants and prime shopping areas. Taxi to the hotel from train station takes just 1500 yen. We even didn’t have to use any transportation during the two days visit The receptionists are friendly and helpful The only downside: Gym is not included in stay

Great place to stay

The hotel was ideally placed as we were visiting to see the peace park and museum and we also had a day on miyijima island, and were able to catch the boat from the peace park which was convenient. There was a drinks machine in the lobby, and the hotel was surrounded by restaurants and bars, we visited a lovely American bar just behind the hotel and had a meal while they had an open mike session on. The room was for 3 adults and the two double beds were together with no space between them, this wasn't an issue for us but may have been for some people. The bathroom was adequate and shower worked well. We had a kettle and was able to make a hot drink in the room. My only issue was the room stunk of cigarette smoke which made me feel quite sick, there was an air purifier in the room but it couldn't do anything for the smoke smell I'm afraid. The hotel was reasonably priced however I wouldn't rebook personally due to the smell of smoke in the room.

Buffet, both breakfast and dinner, was excellent! The room is super spacious with a wonderful ocean view.

Great hotel, very friendly staff, room was very clean and plenty of room. I highly re ommend and we will stay here again for sure.
