Google states 4 star. But it doesn't live up its rating. The only noticable good memorial thing was it's bed.

Everything in this property is on point. Very accommodating staff who are friendly and always at hand. The location is perfect in the middle and walkable to the pier, LRT, public transportation. Do not forget to try Celebrity Cuisine on the 12th floor.

The staff at Hotel Brio were very kind and welcoming, and the hotel itself was very clean and well maintained. The breakfast was delicious and offered good options. The only thing to keep in mind is that breakfast service can be a bit slow, so it’s a good idea to allow extra time to wait. Overall, a pleasant stay.

The staff are also very friendly and helpful, and i also like that free snacks and drinks are provided during happy hour. The room is also spacious and clean and comfortable. However, I would suggest for the hotel to provide rubbish bins in the bedroom - i only saw a recycle bin but did not see a normal rubbish bin.

The staff is very curtious. I did laundry easily. The breakfast was very good. The MTR subway station is a frw blocks away. There is a bus stop almost in front of the hotel.

There was no hot water for showers on 3/16/2026 in room 5018.

The breakfast was everything one expects at a high end hotel in Asia.

New hotel which is beautifully fitted out. Food and staff also great. Breakfast and dinner food extremely good quality and well prepared. Also hotel situated in a good location for walking shops harbour etc
