Could have used a glass but this is a great hotel. Came with fridge and microwave and some cutlery. Great location across from the mrt and Taipei 101 was down the street. There is a laundry room with washer and dryer. Fabulous for longer stays.

The food was good except Chef did nit cater to our requests like well done meat and bacon. I appreciate the packed breakfast they prepared for us and assistance they provided to call our ride to the airport. Our rooms were always kept clean.
Overall, our stay was pleasant.

Free mini bar is a nice touch. However, the lighting in hotel lobby and the room could be a little brighter. I found it difficult to see well.
All in all the hotel and its location are great, clean and convenient. Staff are courteous and helpful. Breakfast buffet is generous and delicious. I enjoyed my stay at the hotel immensely.

Clean and very nice hotel. One of the best that we have stayed at in Taiwan. Staff are adorable, helpful and friendly. The breakfast in the backyard cafe was delicious. You csn fill up your water at reception. Location is close to night market and some cute parks, and a large Carrefour, but that's about it. There are a lot of busses near by though, so it's easy to get around.

This is a very new hotel, and thus the facility condition is ver good. The bed size is large and comfortable. However, we do notice someone intentionally scratch the inner side of the elevator door. Also, the drainage in the shower room could be improved by slightly adjusting the level of the floor to speed up the water dissipation. Thanks
