Very friendly and helpful .Room was spotless and had everything we needed. Very handy to new Lynn mall loved our nights stay wish we could have stayed longer . I would certainly recommend New Haven motel .

Extreme weather event, unable to get through to Auckland from Wellington due to all routes being closed, yet was still charged full price! No meet you half way, as still have to make the trip and still need somewhere to stay, but not my fault all roads were closed! VERY UNFAIR
