Great location, beautiful view from the 29th floor. The room was comfortable however it’s the end of March and the room was very warm. It was actually 25°C in the room. The air conditioner does not come on. I went to the front desk and was informed that they cannot turn the air conditioner on until April. So it was really hot in the room and difficult to sleep with so much heat. I asked for a fan and they said they didn’t have any. Instead, they brought up a big bowl of ice and said I could chew on the ice to try to cool down. Ha ha ha.

Breakfast was so delicious and has a variety of options, western, Chinese, Indian, Korean, Japanese etc. Staff were very helpful and warm. Would definitely stay here whenever I fly to Beijing again.
