Jiangnan Golf Holidays

With subway lines 1 & 3 less than a 5 minute walk, location is very accessible and getting around the city is very easy. Room size was good, but showing its age, with the carpet in particular looking like it’s seen a lot of foot traffic and in need of a thorough clean or replacement. WIFI in the room was also patchy, regularly dropping in and out, and had to resort to international roaming on the phone. Breakfast selection was good, dining area was clean, roomy and plenty of seating, but its appearance was let down by some scruffy hole ridden window blinds, unbecoming of a 4.5 Star hotel. Only used the Hotel restaurant once, but very happy with the food and service. Good menu options and reasonably priced too.

Clean, great breakfast. The only thing that is weird is the door to the bathroom, which could not be closed. We tried to ask the staff to fix it but it is just not fixable.

AMAZING! don’t risk it with other hotels and stay here! their price is completely worth it, wonderful location, good breakfast, huge rooms, great views and the hotel is beautiful

This property absolutely exceeded my expectations. They gave us a welcome gift upon arrival. When we had issues with the WiFI, they came to the room personally to fix, breakfast was amazing. Pool was great. Staff was so so helpful with absolutely everything. I asked if someone could come at 4:50 am to help with luggage upon check out, and they were extremely prompt. Room service was amazing. I can’t say enough good things about this property. It’s continently located as well. If you are going, definitely stay here.
