Fantastic service, nice room and amenities (lots of towels, lots of coat hangers, a cordless phone charger). Great bar/restaurant in the building and overall great location for walking and access to the SkyTrain. Definitely would stay here again.

We were welcome by Basheer. He is very warm & knowledgeable. He is very polite, helpful & consistent.
Our room had a power outrage but were quick to respond. They moved us to another room quickly. We returned to our room the next morning.

We enjoyed our stay and felt well taken care of. The room was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The staff were friendly and professional, and the location was ideal for our plans. Everything went smoothly, and we appreciated the overall comfort and atmosphere of the hotel.

We stayed for five nights and booked a room with a full ocean view, which was superb. The patio sliding door allowed some cool air to leak in, but after we notified the staff, the issue was fixed for the final two nights. Overall, the service was good; however, our main disappointment was that the jacuzzi was not functioning throughout our entire stay, and the pool was unavailable for one night.
