Staff were excellent. Room faced onto very noisy street at night ( car racing) & unfortunately hotel undergoing renovations ( jack hammers, builders noise). We were advised of this AFTER our booking was made

Clean property, incredible bed (in my opinion), and the balcony was a nice touch. All staff i encountered were very helpful and very friendly, decent value in room dining (again my opinion). Close to the ICC (5-10 min walk). We had a wonderful stay and will definately return best sydney hotel i've been to in 2 years. Bonus points for the food and beverage vouchers for looking out for the environment.

It’s always a pleasure to stay here. You can’t beat the convenience and rydges makes check in easy. This hotel has everything an airport hotel should have like day rates and late night room service. Our bed was very comfortable and check out was quick.
