這 間酒店不在古城區內，但由於我們是自駕遊，驅車前往也只在十分鐘內，亦算接近。最想一讚是酒店員工，全都十分殷勤有禮，也全靠前台職員主動提醒，我才知道要預早網上預約參觀納粹集中營，否則我可能因沒有預約而不能進去參觀。房間舒適整潔，早餐食物選擇多而味道不錯。以房間價格來衡量，這是超值之選。

I checked against the checklist of the mini-bar. The listed content including one bottle of red wine, but not there. One bottle of white wine was nearly consumed. Volume of some drinks did not match the list. One bathrobe for two guests. Cracked water glass was provided for use. Wifi service is common and free in many lower graded hotels but not Sheraton Grand Krakow. Terrible experience! Over graded five stars hotel!
