这次是和我老婆和女儿一块去上海，所以我订了一间有两个卧室的房间。但是在登记入住时，前台居然说把我们的房间租给别人了，把我们升级到好一点的房间，但要等他们加床。上到房间，我才知道只有一个卧室。 我从来没有试过从大房升级到小房。我女儿逼得要睡在大厅。这使我气了整整3天。 这么差的服务，我强烈建议大家别住这个店。
