Asia Kid friendly Holidays

The location is excellent — very convenient and easy to explore Hanoi. The price was reasonable, and the hotel itself was clean, stylish, and well-designed. What stood out the most was the hospitality from the staff, especially Mimi and Celina. We arrived very early in the morning (around 6AM) after taking the train from Sapa and were exhausted, but they kindly arranged for us to check in slightly earlier so we could rest. We had booked two rooms on the same floor, but one wasn’t available as the previous guest was unwell and extended their stay. Despite this, the staff handled it professionally and upgraded us to a bigger room as compensation, which we really appreciated. The breakfast was also superb with good variety and quality. To make our stay even more memorable, they even gave us a small warm gift during check-out, which was such a sweet gesture. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay and we would definitely come back here again next time if we’re in Hanoi.

Love the fact that they have rooms that can accommodate big groups. We had 8 adults staying & it was extremely comfortable. Highly recommended. Pretty accessible too!

We have stayed in many hotels across Bali, and for the price of this one, it was very underwhelming. Bed wasn’t super comfortable, the bathroom was stinking hot room and the design of our room was ridiculous (tiny little sink for one person to use and the toilet door doesn’t open all the way) amenities weren’t replaced, room was serviced at a BARE minimum (we had rubbish sitting outside our room for 2-3 days). Breakfast was not bad, it had many options but compared to other places we felt for the price there could have been a little more. The grounds are huge, and if you’re not located in a room close to the pool then expect long walks to any main area. The pool area was nice, we loved that there were two pools (one adults only). This was a nice spot to spend the days, they had a call button to get service when needed which we thought was also excellent. Staff were pleasant and easy to communicate with. Again, for the price we paid.. we wouldn’t be staying here again as there is much better out there for cheaper.

Honestly we are from Perth and have come to Bali every year for the last 20 years and we have stayed everywhere, hotels and villas, but this was the truly the best family holiday hotel we have had. Beautiful hotel, excellent location, stunning gardens, amazing staff, we cannot fault it. I really rate the poolside staff who had so much to juggle they were so good, but also the location is perfect we will come back here, highly recommend this and whilst it’s not cheap it is definitely worth it :)
