New England Kid friendly Holidays

The draft was welcoming , friendly and knowledgeable. They suggested places to try and easy ways to get around the city. The rooms were clean and our view was great! The rooftop was especially nice, with ample seating and a 360° view of the entire city. Complimentary coffee, tea and morning croissants was a nice touch. Morgan at the front desk was a fountain of information! We would definitely recommend the Noble DEN for your stay!

Fabulous hotel close to everything in Midtown/Times Square , well run hotel. Excellent staff, always v helpful esp Damian the chef who made my daughter her own breakfast because she has an allergy and doesn’t feel safe eating from a buffet. He was so helpful every morning. We really appreciate him! Thank u Damian!

Liked the cocktail lounge and French bakery adjacent to the hotel. Rooms were quite small.

The Margaritaville staff at New York Times Square was exceptional, and the best experience I've ever had! The front desk, housekeepers, servers and host were absolutely amazing. They did such a wonderful job decorating the room for my son's birthday too. I highly recommend this resort to everyone!

I was super thankful for the early check in at 1230. However upon arrival we found several short black hairs behind the door in the bathroom. It took 3 separate calls to get it cleaned up (they cleaned it at the end of day two). Manager was supposed to reach out but never did. 46th floor restaurant is only open for breakfast. This was a bummer because part of why we booked this hotel is because we hoped to catch the sunset up there. Also the hotel is just run down. Best up baseboards, discoloration on the marble. Also a bummer they don’t have someone open the door for you. You’d think you’d get a doorman for a hotel of this caliber. Location is amazing if you want to be by Central Park.

Staff was unhelpful and aloof at the front desk. Called down a few times to ask about breakfast time or options for dinner. Each time the call to the front desk was answered with annoyance or staff saying "yeah I don't know...." it was the wildest and most unprofessional stay I have had in all my adult years. Restaurant was understaffed. After ordering my food, never saw my waiter again and busser was VERY helpful and got my refills and then had to cash me out. Unprofessional. Would not recommend-
