Bathroom for room 815 was not cleaned well before check in. There was some scum and dirt in the walls, and soap resudual stains as well.

The housekeeping was not great I ran out of stuff a few times. The rooms were very nice but no fridge, a teeny bin and running out of essentials quickly spoiled it a bit.

Room was clean - except for my towel which I had to pull a long dark hair off. Service was great. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Well priced. Thankyou

Very good stay. Had to wait fir our room to be ready. No complaints though as only 25 minutes after check in time. We were upgraded and given a drink voucher.
