Lower Hudson Valley Kid friendly Holidays

Everyone was friendly-- so helpful and patient even with the busyness of the holidays. The location was perfect for my leisure stay... everything easy to get to and plenty within walking distance. The room was clean and comfortable too, dispelling my worries about having not booked with the hotel directly. I would definitely both recommend & return!

Clean room. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Check in and check out were very easy. Breakfast buffet was great.

Room was amazing, right next to Times square and very communicative to all of the sight we wanted to visit. Very clean. Highly recommend

The staff was extremely kind and helpful from helping us navigate check-in, to assisting with doordash deliveries, wonderful in-room accommodations and taxi services upon departure. Specifically, the front desk associate Courntey was particularly helpful after a long journey into the City, he went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and felt at home. Housekeeping was always consistent and satisfactory. I was traveling with my two young children and this was a wonderful place to say. Clean, safe, and inviting. Inviting. We would definitely visit again. Located in a good part of town and right off Subway lines, we had an easy and affordable way to navigate the city.

Absolutely loved this hotel. This is by far our favorite hotel we have ever stayed at in Manhattan. The staff was so friendly and kind. The room was very large compared to most NYC hotel rooms. The room service staff was efficient and always left our room clean and crisp. The hotel is in a great location compared to Times Square. Everything is easily accessible by walking. Sad we didn’t have time to check out the rooftop bar or restaurant. But we will definitely be back. Thank you for making our Trip comfortable.
