Light rail, check in was great. Lobby had coffee& tea along with fresh fruit. Would have been good if there was milk in the room for coffee. Comfortable bedding. Shower/ bathroom needs a renovation. Otherwise excellent.

On arrival the property was nothing as advertised (it looked like someone had gone through their holiday home from 30 years ago and filled the apartment with what was left) it was absolutely awful. It was nothing like what was advertised and when we questioned at reception we were advised that each apartment is different and when we said there should be several pictures showing the differences that they are all owned by different people so even though we booked direct and not through a host or air BnB we should have what they had advertised. Luckily we were offered an alternative which was of slightly better standard and unfortunately no other hotels in the facility were available to go to. The building work going on there is only mentioned in an email once you have booked and paid and no refunds available this started at 7am every day! We were on the 18th floor, the rooms were cold due to the windows (need replacing desperately) and also because of this the traffic noise was horrendous and keeps you awake at night. I would not stay again and would definitely not recommend to others
