the staff clean room clean hotel. superb customer service! when I come back, I plan to stay here again.

Excellent location in a historic building. Room was very small. A bit difficult to find places to unpack. Have to squeeze between the bed and shelf. Overall the stay was nice.

Friendly and helpful staff. Hotel is in a great location. Walking distance from the city center and various attractions such as Vondelpark and the museum hub.

The room size was excellent however it looked like the carpet had not been hoovered and the waste paper bin was full from the previous occupants. The following day we returned to the room to find it had not been cleaned. I contacted reception who informed me that this was a Green Hotel and the rooms were not cleaned on a daily basis. I told them about the bin and the carpet and was asked if I wanted them to come and deal with them immediately. As we were getting ready to go out again I said it could wait until the following morning. Disappointingly the room was not cleaned during our whole stay of 4 nights. I can only presume the *ŵ

Great hotel, close to restaurants and venues

Great location from the airport train. No atm so go to the hotel across the canal behind the floating Chinese restaurant.

Staffs in hotel are helpful and professional. Try their best to solve our problems. Food in restaurants are delicious. Clean room , only the shower room problem is solved. Location is good. Thanks

Everything thing was perfect, we couldn't fault a thing. The room was clean and well equipped and the view was amazing. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

Love this hotel; great vibe and a fine base for exploring the city.

The hotel location couldn't be better. Is close to all the many attraction but not in the middle of the central area. There is a tram stop just across the street. The hotel is modern and the staff very professional and kind. I was surprised about the size of the room, more spacious that most of standard rooms at European hotels.
