Bussum Kid friendly Holidays

The only negative feedback was the bed was too soft which caused backache. Location is excellent. We always stay here and will definitely return.

We stayed in a triple. Which was two twin beds and a double sofa bed. It was very tight with the 3 beds but the rooms just aren't that big. The bathroom was exceptionally small. Our triple was on the top floor with little window so we didn't get to see much from the room. The pre check-in emails indicated we could request early check-in, staff weren't very helpful with this. At noon they said they'd text when the room was ready, but they never did (regular check-in is 3pm). We received free drink vouchers for the days we didn't have housekeeping tend to the room, this was a nice perk except only made sense to use for alcoholic beverages. The espresso drinks just come from a generic machine (not fresh brewed espresso). The laundry service seemed very expensive for small items like underwear, nearly 4 euro each, so we didn't use the hotel service. They provide ear plugs which are necessary because the hotel is on a plaza with bars that stay open very late.

Great little hotel on one of the canals. Super easy to get to with the tram and rideshare. Bright, clean, great staff. Tons of things to do if you get to the corner and go left, towards downtown, or if you turn right towards the Rijks museum. Food, art, shops, art, bikes, art, coffee, art, music, art… and more art. The staff is super friendly, knowledgeable, and ready to help. Great drinks at the bar, and fries! Breakfast was great as well, has all the requirements and a few very local flavors.
