The room was very clean and the mattress is so comfortable. We love the view so much and kept the curtains open most of the time. Breakfast buffet was decent, nothing to rave about but it had most of the usual fanfare.
My only gripe was that my booking came with early check-in and priced slightly higher because of that, but the room was not ready when we were checking in and had to wait till the usual 3pm for check-in.

Work portion of trip. Good location for amenities to function efficiently. Helpful to have Sagawa transport in lobby to help out with shipping needs. Staff seem a little overwhelmed and not too "inviting" feeling. Room did not look like the picture shown on this survey.
