"I loved the location and beautiful hotel.
I do not like that you had to use pay to use the pool which should be free to swim. I was dissatisfied with that. It should not be a spa service to swim.

"The Odaiba area of Tokyo is a lovely place to be and the Grand Nikko is very conveniently situated for the monorail into central Tokyo and for the adjacent shopping centres. The Nikko has spacious rooms and excellent luggage storage facilities. Very clean with friendly staff. It is also a drop-off/pick-up stop for the airport bus which adds to the overall convenience."
"Excellent location and restaurants in the hotel, train station was near by, on site parking was easy and Shinagawa train station is less then a 5 minute walk away from the hotel.
Hotel staff were excellent and extremely helpful also "
