Wonderful in-property dining experiences, and the staff were fully professional and thorough, in both English and Japanese. Rooms were clean and housekeeping was great; they even provide you a newspaper each morning. Truly a 10/10 experience while in Tokyo.

Room is good so as the services. Location is pretty good as well (yet just a reminder that there will be a uphill slope from the JR station to the hotel, so better go there by Cab if you are visiting w a lot of baggage.)

The entire staff are very nice and very helpful! Our room was quiet and very clean with a nice view of Tokyo Tower. The hotel is conveniently only a 10 minute walk from Shinagawa Station making our travel needs very easy to meet.
We could see Tokyo Tower from our room.

Had a nice stay in that hotel, as usual. The room was nice and spacious. The view was not the one I had my last 2 stays in the hotel, as I was lower, but it was quite and relaxing with bamboo growing outside. Only a few small details refrain me to put 5 stars but it was pleasant to stay there

Hotel was more for business travelers but good to visit some temples and small dining area and shopping. It’s quite far from most tourist spots. Hotel was clean and had large unusually large rooms for Japan.

10min walk to Shinagawa Station (a little uphill). Lobby is spacious and nice but rooms are a bit dated & in need of a refresh. The housekeeping staff were really helpful and nice. The reception staff were also helpful and nice. There is a Tully's Coffee open from 7am (unusual in Japan). We were able to ship our snow gear to the hotel (for a fee). And we had a nice view of Tokyo skyline including Tokyo Tower

The room we stayed in was a bit older, but well maintained and very clean. Takanawa is a good location, very close to public transport. Very nice hotel overall.

This was my first time in Japan and am very happy I chose this hotel. The hotel is in walking distance of the train station and dining options. I looked forward every morning to taking my morning walks in the beautiful garden. The Tully's coffee shop they in the lobby area is a must do, drip coffee is to die for. The hotel is very clean and well as the room I stayed. I look forward to return to this hotel in the future.

Staff was super friendly, 3 restaurants to choose from in the building, plus a 7-11 in the lower floor. Shinigawa station just a 5 minute walk away. Amazing view of Tokyo tower at night on the higher floors. Outside scenery around the hotel courtyard was a great bowtie on the end of our trip to Japan
