It was ok. Kitchen wasn't fully equipped, no chopping board, missing cutlery, strange washing liquid sachets for washing dishes etc. a bit dated interior and things have been painted over to look better but not really replaced or updated. and there was a strange smell that we decided to put up with. It was an ok space but for a similar price we stayed at Quest Queen Street on the other side of the park which was perfect. Would definitely recommend that over parkside. There was no AC which was explained as being replaced but this should've prompted some compensation or at least be mentioned in the ad for the room, some compensation should have definitely been given when we had issues with the smell.

The staff was very accommodating, the rooms were clean and neat. What really stood out was the location. No matter where we were goin, we were right in the middle and it was easy to get to everywhere we needed on foot.
