The cold water in the shower wasn’t working on the first day we arrived, which was especially frustrating after just getting off an eleven-hour flight. When we called reception, we were told the mechanics had already gone home for the day and that it wouldn’t be fixed until the next day. As a result, we had no choice but to shower in extremely hot water. The rooms and overall condition of the hotel feel quite outdated and not very well maintained. The cleanliness also needs improvement, and the property could definitely use a makeover. On the second day, we requested that the bedsheets be changed. After housekeeping came, several of my belongings were moved or misplaced—my earplugs went missing, my pajamas that were originally on the bed were thrown onto a chair, my hair tie that was on the nightstand was left on the floor, and my slippers were pushed under the bed. Overall, it was a pretty disappointing experience, and unfortunately I would not stay here again.

Great place to stay especially when travelling overseas

Prompt and friendly check in, we were able to get an early check in which was great as we flew in 6am that morning.. hotel is in great location.. the room was well equipped for our needs and clean apart from the lounge had stained cushions, so we just turned them over.. we had our room refreshed daily with friendly staff who did a great job.. overall a great stay.

Property is very big in size we had a large balcony overlooking the city

The hotel was just magnificent inside. It had everything you needed in one place. The staff, they were just amazing- kind, courteous, friendly, and very approachable. I would definitely stay there again.
