The staff was great. Luis and my cleaning lady were very friendly and made my birthday trip special. The location was convenient to getting around on the subway. I was upgraded to a suite which was lovely. Everything was very clean. The room was large.
The bathroom tiles could use a new grout and a bit of the wall paper was coming up on one panel, so a little refreshing there would be nice.

The check in was smooth. The staff was helpful from the time you park valet. Super clean room. Loved the bathroom with touch of gold. Hotel itself is safe regardless being in the middle of Times Square. Would definitely stay there again and would recommend this to others.
