The location is great, right next to Times Square. The hotel is old, and the most uncomfortable thing is the air conditioning, which is too noisy and makes it impossible to sleep. I can only turn off the air conditioning and sleep in the heat.

The staff intended to over charge my utility and quite rude to us when we check out.

It’s a good choice for short-term travel! The room is not big, but very new and clean! There are also breakfast coupons every day, which I didn't expect. It's very close to Midtown. To be honest, there were too many people staying in Midtown for a few days. The distance here is just right and it's very convenient to go to various attractions! The hotel staff are also very nice! Thanks!

We look at the page to see the new year's activities in the room But we were shown the street room and couldn't see the Times Square New Year's Eve event at all. We asked for a room change and we had to pay more. We later paid more to get us another room. Will not book this hotel again.
