The Amara Resort & Spa was truly exceptional hands down the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in, and we’ve stayed at many five-star properties. We had to make a last-minute change after another hotel failed to honor our reservation, and Amara went above and beyond to accommodate us. From the moment we arrived, the service was incredible every staff member was friendly, attentive, and genuinely cared about making our stay special.
The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful, perfectly located in the heart of downtown Sedona, within walking distance to shops and restaurants. The property is stunning from the pool area to the lush creekside grounds, everything feels peaceful and luxurious.
We were here for our elopement, and the team made sure every detail was perfect they even provided a light-up makeup mirror for me, which was such a thoughtful touch. The rooms were stylish, comfortable, and stocked with everything you could possibly need. The bed was unbelievably comfortable, which means a lot coming from someone with back issues.
The restaurant and bar were fantastic, the food was excellent, and the valet service made everything effortless.
Overall, our experience at Amara exceeded every expectation. I can’t recommend it highly enough it truly made our wedding trip unforgettable, and I can’t wait to come back!

Check in was extremely easy. All of the staff is beyond courteous. They cannot do enough for you. The property is absolutely stunning to get up and watch the sunrise was spectacular with the beautiful rock formations. The bed pillows and linens are superb quality their room is beautifully decorated, and the amenities are top-notch. I can’t wait to come back
