Clean room, kind staff.

The rooms felt luxurious and filled with everything we needed and more. Executive suites meant executive suites.

Sejong is in a perfect location, right next to the metro station and markets but not ok noise. The service was very good and efficient. However, there was some mould in the bathroom and the shower didn’t work properly. There are also 24hr protests outside the hotel due to unfair dismissal, which we wish we’d known before staying.

The hotel is older but spacious compared to other newer hotels nearby. Staff are nice and friendly, bur the room cleaning could be improved.

Excellent stay, I did have to transfer room due to a sewage smell but it was not a fault of the hotel it was from outside in the city. The city seems to have a generalized drainage problem, may be due to overpopulation and infrastructure issue. The hotel was very lovely and accommodating. Very polite, food was good also. Such helpful staff. We needed help with a few things and someone at the front desk was always available and willing to assist. The bed was unbelievably comfortable, the location was right near a subway station and multiple bus lines which get you everywhere you need. Get a t-money card & load with credit which lets you tap on and off to all trains and buses as you go. We didn’t dine at the hotel restaurant- plenty of walkable options nearby if you want to try them. The laundry service was way too expensive- you can just buy new items for the prices they charge!

Just ok nothing special

The staff were very friendly from check-in all the way to check-out. Everyone spoke English fluently, and were very accommodating throughout the stay. It was an overall great experience.

Property was very clean and staff was extremely helpful. Excellent value.

I like the concept of the Urban place because it's like a residence, but you still have room service and a front desk. That was my second stay there.
