It was a good stay overall. However, I think the hotel would benefit from having a laundry room for guests.
I was also surprised that parking is not included and requires an additional fee. Charging guests separately for hotel parking does not feel very professional (even though the cost is low) and could be improved.

The spaces are beautiful. Views from the hot pools, breathtaking. I loved the Rocky Mountain Soaps and pour-over coffee. I did find it weird that they charged us $25 for a third adult in the room but then didn’t think to give an extra robe, nor coffee mug. When paying $733 for a single night, the $25 seemed petty.
