Friendly and helpful staff on our 'down under' trip. Gave us an excellent high toom with views over Sydney Harbour. A little way from the main centre but frequent buses and rail/trams made getting around easy

Nice clean hotel, right by the train station. Convenient located, China Town is just down the street. The breakfast was very nice, they had alot of options to fill up. The made to order omelettes and Sour dough bread was really good.

"Overall cleanliness was an issue. No room service at night. Noises coming on floor at nights. Really Old carpets. Air conditioning was very noisy. Very bad for a 4 star if they claim to be one."
