Friendly and helpful staff on our 'down under' trip. Gave us an excellent high toom with views over Sydney Harbour. A little way from the main centre but frequent buses and rail/trams made getting around easy

Reception staff very friendly. Breakfast was okay, not many options but good. The room was clean; however, we could hear people from other rooms talking and flushing the toilet. Air conditioning system was working fine.
