Everything was perfect! The location, the room, the staff. Tai was amazing at helping us with restaurants to luggage transfers. We can’t wait to come back!

The laundry service was great. The kitchen and staff were great. Some mild smell of cigarette smoke but otherwise no other concerns.

The room was comfortable and beautiful with an amazing view of the city. The staff are friendly and there are amazing restaurants in the hotel. The garden is beautiful at night as well as early morning stays. We enjoyed our stay here.

The room was clean, comfortable and quiet, with a great view. The room was also larger than we expected, a big plus. Breakfast annd shower were awesome. The staff were helpful. We enjoyed the location, near several subway stops and inside a park area. They let us check out late which was super helpful. Small points to consider: 1. Our taxi, hailed by the staff who explained our destination to the driver, took us to the wrong museum. Recommend only using uber. 2. The toilet room light was bright and came on during nighttime visits, waking everyone up. Recommend smaller night light.

Our room was very big and they made an extra bed for my son before our arrival, which was very nice. The garden is absolutely beautiful and definitely a bonus. It’s walking distance to Shinagawa station, so it’s very convenient.

Staff overall really nice. Kitchen ok but none condiments. Room is Smaller than picture but ok. Love the washer/dryer, very good at drying my jacket.
