The hotel is in a great location. Close to subway with a connection via the enclosed basement walkway. This location is in an area that allows you to easily walk to different parts of fukuoka without being in the middle of the hustle and bustle of the busy city. Breakfast buffet has a variety of selections you will not be disappointed. The room that we book was spacious, clean and quiet. One down side. When our friend misplaced their passport the hotel said we can only assist with checking within our hotel property. We do not guide you with anything outside of the property. So thankful to Google search. If only the hotel would provide a check list with contact police file a report, contact your countries embassy … that would have helped.

Great service and friendly staffs

Check in was not so smooth for us. Although no one else was checking in at the time, the staff seemed preoccupied and did not attend to us. Tried to self-check in using the machines at the side and couldn't as well, and only then did someone approach us to ask if we needed help. In the end, check in was done manually. Other than this, staff were generally pleasant but not proactive. Room was a good size but we were most impressed with the temperature control of the shower and bath as hot water came out immediately after we turned on the tap. The temperature also adjusted almost immediately when we changed the temperature dial. Air conditioning was a bit tricky to work out. Breakfast was not a huge spread but adequate. They do their sweets well. Overall, this is an affordable and comfortable stay in Hakata.

Good location, and staff was very helpful in shipping our baggage to our next hotel.

All nice, I think the rooms are a bit dated and could get a renovation. For the breakfast please let guests get coffee served from the big espresso machine, I personally think that a WMF self serve machine coffee is totally inadequate for a 5 star hotel, not a good coffee. This was one of the reasons I only had one breakfast at the hotel and the rest outside. Food quality at breakfast was all fine. Thanks.
