We enjoyed our stay and the room was nice. No coffee maker, so we brought our own. There's an issue with parking and we ran in to it personally and with other people. If you park in the parking garage make sure to tell the person checking you in that you need your room key(s) activated to be able to get in and out of the parking garage. Otherwise you might get stuck with a lot of cars behind you. Also - make sure you have a "Do Not Disturb" door tag - otherwise they will clean your room (if you don't want it cleaned."

Top tier. It was very relaxing at a decent price. We had the luxury remodeled suite and it was worth it. Only thing the parking was a hassle… they need a better set up for that. Staff was amazing the few interactions we had.

Good location on the strip and to the sphere. Lots of great shopping. Check in staff person was super friendly and helpful providing a generous upgrade. Loved the room. One recommendation is to provide coffee in room. It’s an inconvenience to get dressed and have to walk so far to stand in line to buy coffee when not quite awake!

Was initially put in the room that shared a wall with the gym. 202. No one should be given that room. My daughter and I were there in ny to attend an early morning doctor appt at NYU. We were woken up at 10:30 by banging coming from the gym. I called and they moved us to a quieter location but we lost some sleep since we had to repack and move and get resettled for our early morning. That room should not be given out to guests ever.

The staff is AMAZING and makes this hotel where we stay every trip to NYC. The breakfast is also a big selling point, along with easy location for shows. The rooms are terribly small, not in super fantastic condition; but we don’t spend much time in the room anyway.

The staff were really nice and festive. The hotel entrance and lobby had a very pleasant aroma. The room on the other hand could definitely use an upgrade and the cleanliness could have been much better, the bathroom especially with the tub holding water. But as a positive, the location was superb! We were right in the middle of everything!
