A great location, very handy to Darling Harbour and Town Hall station and all near by. Ideal for catching trains, buses or metro to get you around the city or just to Circular Quay.
Having cooking facilities and fridge is a bonus to allow self catering to save costs, and Woolies just up the road.
Good sized apartment with separate bedroom and bathroom.
Some aspects of the room a little tired but more than good enough, and great pricing for central Sydney.
Very attentive and friendly staff at check in and out.

Nice hotel in good location. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful.
Our card was charged a $10 minibar fee after we had checked out and we did not take anything from the minibar. Attempted to get in contact with the hotel multiple times to get it refunded with no success - very disappointing. Be careful about them charging for things they shouldn’t.

Excellent choice for a stay in Sydney. Our family stayed here while visiting Australia for the first time. Location was wonderful - right on the water and within walking distance to restaurants, shops and attractions in multiple directions. We never needed a rental car or taxi for our entire stay. It is about a 15 minute walk to the Circular Quay ferry terminal. The hotel's aesthetic is great. We appreciated the inclusion of the original pier's construction paired with nice contemporary furnishings. We enjoyed the restaurant's morning breakfast options and service, as well as the evening dining options with outdoor seating. The hotel staff are excellent. Every interaction throughout our stay was pleasurable. Especially high remarks for the hotel's concierge, Eugene, who went above and beyond to help ensure our stay was memorable.
