Would recommend. Helpful and friendly staff, clean inside and out, close to essential shopping, good beach with easy access. Impressed with room cleanliness and washroom :)

Great stay! Be mindful when you board the boat to not wear running shoes as you will be getting off the boat in the sand and water. Our beach hut was big and comfortable. We had an issue with not getting clean shower towels but after some time we did get some. Staff are very friendly and kind. Lots of sunchairs and umbrellas. Plenty of food and small shop for snacks if needed. Bring reef shoes as the sand and the ocean are full of corals and rocks.

The property and staff show signs of age and rot. It would take too much effort to list every disappointment, but I would like to highlight Sam, at the front desk, as truly inept. I had to switch rooms at one point (not the hotel's fault) and when I asked Sam when we could move the luggage, he had no clue, no interest in finding out, and no interest in our interest. The next day when we were checking out, I asked for a noon checkout instead of 10am as it was rainy and our ferry was not until mid-afternoon. Sam said he couldn't because the the room was going to be taken by another guest, but the reality was, that they did not try to accommodate us. The bags were not taken from our room until after noon.

Check in didn't take that long and staff was very helpful. There was a delay in our room being ready but we were given complimentary drinks while waiting and we were more than happy to explore the beautiful lobby and lounges. Pool area was beautiful. Unfortunately didn't get a chance to try their spa. Room was clean, loved the tub and big shower head. I will definitely go back there again.
