The apartment we stayed in was excellent very clean and tidy

So I booked everything thru Expedia , when I was checking out , the staff told me I have a remaining balance to pay , and I told him I paid everythimg thru Expedia , pleasee check with them , as I need to go to airport for my next destination as well as the taxi DRIver is waiting outside which they charg by hourly. However the staff wouldn't let us go And he insisted to figure it out before letting us go ( we were making calls to my credit card center and Expedia ) so, at the end left anyways, and we barely made my flight , also the taxi driver charged us for the wait , and I told him to collect from the hotel , orginally the fare was 17 euro when he asked for 30 but I paid him 20 anyways.

As a last minute necessity after our flight was cancelled we were delighted to find the Meandros hotel and spa. The staff were brilliant, so friendly and helpful. The spa was a huge win after spending 7 hrs in the airport going nowhere. Food was tasty and served with a huge smile. In all a good end to a very long disappointing day.

The restaurant by the pool was fast food. I couldn’t even get a cup of coffee as per my order. Rude and obnoxious servers. The only server that cared was a woman named Konstantina. Everyone else spoke like we were bothering them. I also thought I was in (Greece) not sure why these people from other countries were working there and barely even speak English. Let alone any Greek “at all”!!! Even at the breakfast buffet. I had to ask for coffee five times and they kept telling me to wait. My son asked for ice and they looked at him like he had 10 heads. I guess the service didn’t want to be told what to do The worst were the housekeepers attitudes. They really sucked. They made us regret going there.
