This hotel needs upgrade. I’ve stayed this hotel early1980’s and it’s still the same. Nothing has changed. Bed is too small and hard ( size good for kids only). Towels are old and rough. Room is dark and bathroom faucet needs change. Room and bathroom is dark need to change lighting. No vanity mirror in the bathroom. Bathtub should be changed to walk-in shower. No bidet in the toilet.
This hotel should rate 2 stars not 4 stars.
Breakfast not good.

Room was clean and dust-free. Kudos to Kuya Leo servicing Level 9. Breakfast at Manuel provided a variety throughout our 8-day stay. Didn’t feel that the price commensurated with what was offered though. Reception was stellar and service everywhere in the hotel. Gym is probably one of the best in the area!
