I had a generally pleasant stay at this Clayton property. The king bedroom was a comfortable size, and the staff I encountered were helpful and friendly. I did notice a few minor issues, including some set stains on the sheet beneath the pillow area, and a toilet seat that sat awkwardly against the tank and tended to fall back down when raised. While not major concerns, these were things that detracted from the overall satisfaction of my stay.

Location is amazing and convenient to access; lots of public transit and tram options nearby. It's right near Temple Bar so plenty of things to see and do just within the hotel vicinity, and there's also a Tesco Express across the street so can pick up anything missing or just snacks if needed. Room was great; clean, has everything you need and waterfall shower in the bathroom was so appreciated. Only warning is navigating IN the hotel room; if you end up in 3rd/4th floor rooms, be careful of where you go and which stairs to use as it can get confusing quick.

Room was beautiful and spotless! The bathroom felt like being in a spa with the plump towels and dressing gown and eucalyptus body wash. I requested a quiet room as I am staying for work and the team kindly organised this and even upgraded my stay. Staff were more than happy to help with any and all requests including booking taxis etc. The hotel is gorgeous and I’d definitely stay again next time I am in Dublin.

Our short break was made special by the highly trained and delightful staff. They really are a great asset to an outstanding hotel.
