Room was great and enormous. Staff very attentive and courteous

Nice room, nice lobby, good location for walking the city. Staff was very inexperienced though and couldn’t answer many questions we asked such as “ where is the cruise ship terminal”? Poor restaurant recommendations, poor breakfast oatmeal. You need a concierge to help tourists because your front desk can’t do it.

This is the second time I've stayed at QT. It's a lovely hotel with funky interior design and a great location, Rooms are nicely designed and bed very comfortable. The only drawback in this room was the bathroom design - the bathroom is a shower room with the toilet right next to the shower which meant when you had a shower, the toilet was soaked, the loo paper was soaked, and the floor was wet so unless you used the towels to dry the toilet and floor you couldn't use or get to the toilet without getting wet. Nice bar and restaurant - great happy hour and great breakfast. Despite the bathroom I would stay here again and would also recommend to others.

It was a very good stayed. Just a small comment and suggestion if you can change the window cover to a roll up curtain or blinds because it makes the room very dark and feeling claustrophobic… In general it was good. Thanks to the staff in the front desk they’re very helpful and nice. Thank you.

Very nice resort. Excellent room. Great WiFi. Great staff (EXCEPT for the lady who was snarky when we checked in, unfortunately. She did not represent the resort well at all - management, you should check out who that was and address). She was the outlier in our days there. All else was really enjoyable.

Room was amazing, central to every thing and the view was stunning

The room was clean showing its age abit but nothing to complain about But the staff more than compensated for it
