Staff can speak English well, very friendly ,always prepare to provide services and helps. Room is clean, traditional style. Shower doesn't have curtain ( in one room). Hotel location is very good, 5 min walk to lake. Breakfast is delicious, has various of choices.

Loved our stays at the Oriental Jade! The location is perfect and the staff is incredible. The sky bar is a great place to unwind in the evenings and features spectacular views.

It’s a nice hotel, good breakfast, clean rooms with nice friendly staff. Only issue is it’s a little further away from the old quarter but if you don’t mind taking a 20 minute drive then it’s good.
