Excellent property. Fantastic location right in the old quarter and easily walkable to other major sites/areas. The room was clean and quiet. Staff were very friendly, extremely helpful and welcoming and really did go above and beyond to make this a great experience for us. Breakfast was plentiful (and delicious)

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Stay at Signature Hotel Hanoi! I had a very good experience staying at Signature Hotel Hanoi. The staff were helpful and welcoming, and I especially want to thank Jim-HN at the front desk for his outstanding assistance. He helped me a lot with arranging tours and made my experience in Hanoi much easier and more enjoyable. I also really appreciated the room upgrade, which made my stay even better. Jim-HN went above and beyond to make me feel welcome, and his excellent customer service deserves special recognition. Thank you to Jim and the entire hotel team for making my stay a memorable one. I truly appreciate your kindness and hospitality! I would definitely recommend Signature Hotel Hanoi to anyone visiting the city. 😊

Loved my stay! Clean & best staff

My overall experience with Tirant Hotel at Hanoi Old Quarter was exceptional. Just to name a few areas they have impressed me: 1) I was seated comfortably, served a drink and skewer of fruits while the front desk processed my check in. The front desk staff then explained everything I needed to know professionally. Full marks for first impression! 2) Meticulous housekeeping with no visible dust and everything I needed in place. All amenities were well maintained. 3) Breakfast with wide variety of food excellent in both taste and presentation. 4) The warm and attentive service by the hotel’s staff made my experience perfect. Their F&B Manager even got me a cup of ginger tea when he saw me sneezing on my first morning there. I doubt you can find such sincere and personalised service even in international five star hotels. I also wish to thank another of their front desk staff who came to my aid when a GrabBike rider tried cheating me. He handled the situation skilfully and made that rider back off. Tirant Hotel is definitely great value for money, highly recommended for every visitor to Hanoi!

Loved my stay! Clean & best staff

This is NOT a five star hotel. Not even remotely close. The pictures do not represent the state of the hotel. This is a very run down hotel and its priced as 5 star which is ridiculous. It has been rebranded several times in an effort to rid itself of the previous negative reviews. The rooftop bar is non-existent in this building as its located at its sister hotel down the street. The room we got was dark and the lights were burned out and flickering. The only good thing about the room was the AC. If the hotel was marked as a 2 star or a 3 star I would not complain as you get what you pay for but I felt duped as I paid for 5 star pricing. The staff was friendly so this rating is not a reflection on them.

The staff here are phenomenal. Everything is done for you and nothing is too much trouble . Unreal customer service . They think beyond the brief and make sure you are all ok . Do check out the spa! Hôtel is Amazing place .

A very enjoyable stay, the staff really couldn’t have done enough to help us. Great location we upgraded our stay to an executive room for more space which we were impressed with. Breakfast was good with lots of variety. Cindy and Anna were a stand out with assisting us. Would come back.
