The hotel was beautiful and very clean .BUT the service in the casino was not good at all .. I spend many hours gambling but it was almost impossible to get a drink , numerous time I send my husband to find a hostess most of the time we couldn’t get service .. I was very frustrated went to casino near by to play and drink

We stayed at Aria Resort in Las Vegas and, unfortunately, our experience did not meet expectations. The shower was not properly cleaned and had hair left in it, and there was a fake nail left in the toilet area. Additionally, the exterior-facing windows were extremely dirty, making it difficult to clearly see outside, which really affected the overall experience. Management did offer a $75 beverage voucher as compensation; however, we were never able to use it because it was only valid at a specific convenience store that we could not locate during our stay. Overall, the service recovery was appreciated, but the cleanliness issues and the difficulty using the voucher were disappointing.

Excellent stay overall

Good location and assessable to Universal Studios, Chinese Theatre and Citadel Outlet areas. Hotel is a mini-museum with lots of pictures and signatures of actors/performers on the walls. There is a great diner place within the hotel and the food is fantastic. Overall, a good experience.

Nice bar with great food. Staff was friendly. Will definitely stay here again.
