This hotel is an excellent value: free glass of wine every night, apartment style w/washer dryer, amazing full breakfast included, late night snacks, excellent location. Will stay here every time we visit Melbourne!

Very comfortable little hotel at the bottom of Bourke Street near the Southern Cross Station. There was an issue with the aircon in our room which couldn't be fixed, so we were grateful to get an upgrade to a better room. The staff were also helpful with some other issues. Lovely little reading nook on the ground floor with a little library with a warm heater, very relaxing on a cold day. Comfortable bed and beautiful leadlight windows in our room. Double glazing kept most of the noise out. We will stay again, for sure.

The Pullman was lovely and they were very helpful with our bags however they did not provide enough towels for the amount of people we booked the room for & housekeeping would not answer the phone. We were then charged for something from the minibar after I told them we did not get anything from the minibar. I emailed them about being wrongly charged for a mini bar item and they have not responded to my email.
